Solstice .8 — Ultra-Slow 35mm Color Film

olstice .8 – Ultra-Slow 35mm Color Intermediate Film (1 Roll)

🌅 Where light meets patience.

Solstice .8 isn’t just a film — it’s a way of seeing.

Designed for photographers who embrace time as part of the image, this ultra-slow color film transforms light into something atmospheric, meditative, and deeply cinematic. With exposures stretching into seconds — sometimes minutes — motion dissolves, highlights bloom, and the ordinary becomes something quietly surreal.

This is not a film for quick shots.

It’s a film for intention.

🎨 The Look

Solstice .8 doesn’t behave like standard color film.

Instead, it creates

• Glowing highlights and soft halation-like bloom
• Painterly motion blur during long exposures
• Deep, graphic contrast with delicate tonal transitions
• Color that shifts from natural to experimental depending on workflow

The result feels less like a photograph — and more like a frame pulled from a memory, or a forgotten film.

💡 What Makes It Different

Most films are designed for speed and convenience.

Solstice .8 is the opposite.

It slows you down.

It asks you to wait.

It rewards patience with images shaped not just by light — but by time itself.

This is film for photographers who want to feel the process again.
