Mamiya RZ67 35mm Panoramic Viewfinder Mask
See your panorama before you make the exposure.
This newly manufactured viewfinder mask is designed for photographers shooting 35mm panoramic film with the Mamiya RZ67, providing a clean visual reference for the panoramic image area directly on the RZ67’s ground glass.
The expansive 6×7 finder is one of the pleasures of shooting an RZ67, but when 35mm film is adapted to the camera, only a narrow portion of that viewing area will be recorded. This mask clearly defines the panoramic frame, allowing you to compose deliberately instead of estimating where the final image will fall.
Features:
* Designed for the Mamiya RZ67
* Provides a clear 35mm panoramic framing reference
* Clean design without perforation markings
* Makes panoramic composition faster and more repeatable
* Eliminates guesswork when framing within the larger 6×7 ground glass
* 3D printed for a precise, lightweight fit
* Finished in Black to minimize distraction while composing
* Installs without permanently modifying your camera
* Newly manufactured accessory — not used or salvaged
Turn 35mm film into a wide-format experience.
Running 35mm film through a medium-format camera creates a distinctive panoramic image that takes advantage of the RZ67’s lenses, bellows focusing system, and enormous viewing screen. But without a framing reference, composing that narrow image on a 6×7 ground glass can become an exercise in approximation.
This mask provides the missing visual boundary.
The result is a cleaner shooting experience: compose the panoramic frame, focus, and make the exposure.
Manufactured by Anderson Island Films as part of our effort to keep classic photographic equipment useful, adaptable, and in circulation.
Please note: This is a newly manufactured aftermarket accessory and is not an original Mamiya/OEM component. Exact exposed image dimensions can vary depending on the 35mm film adapter, film transport, back, and loading method being used. Camera, film back, 35mm adapters, viewfinder, and other equipment shown in photographs, if applicable, are for demonstration purposes and are not included.
