When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and (optionally) phone number, along with the details of what you ordered. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.
Card payments are processed directly by Stripe through our checkout provider, Snipcart. We never see or store your full card number — that data goes straight to the payment processor.
Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, and device/browser type — through cookies and analytics tools. This helps us understand what's useful and keep the site working.
