We stand behind every roll, print, and product we ship. Because of the unique nature of photographic film and custom-made merchandise, our policies are outlined clearly below:


Photographic Film

All film sales are final. Each roll is inspected, labeled, and fulfilled with care. Due to the experimental, expired, or specialty nature of many of our stocks, film is sold as-is with no guarantees of performance.

That said, your experience matters. If your order arrives clearly damaged in transit, or if something seems off (crushed canisters, incorrect labeling, or mangled rolls), please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will review on a case-by-case basis and make it right where possible.

If you’re ever uncertain about how to use a film, or if your results didn’t turn out as expected, we’re happy to offer guidance and troubleshooting before your next shoot.


Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Each item is produced on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.


Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Photography Resources)

All digital sales are final once downloaded or accessed.

If you encounter technical issues or cannot access your files, contact us within 7 days. We’ll provide a fresh link or alternate format.


Our Commitment

Film is unpredictable by nature, but customer care shouldn’t be. While some items can’t be returned, we value your trust. If you run into an issue, contact us and we’ll work with you toward a fair resolution.
