Nikon N60 w/ 35–80mm AF Nikkor – Clean Beginner Kit w/ Film
This is my Nikon N60—a late-‘90s autofocus SLR that’s quietly one of the better entry points into Nikon’s F-mount ecosystem. Lightweight, simple to use, and fully compatible with a wide range of AF and manual Nikon glass.
It comes with the original Nikon AF Nikkor 35–80mm f/4–5.6 lens—nothing fancy, but sharp, compact, and surprisingly versatile for everyday use. Autofocus is snappy, the viewfinder is bright, and the control layout is intuitive if you’ve never shot film before.
Functionally, it’s in great shape—shutter fires, autofocus works, meter is accurate, and there’s no electronic weirdness. You’ll need a pair of CR123A batteries to get going. Cosmetically, it’s very clean—some minor scuffs and blemishes on the body, but no deep marks or damage. Chrome/black finish looks nice on a strap.
I’m also tossing in two rolls of 35mm film to get you started—perfect if you’re just dipping your toes into analog or want a gift-ready setup. Just load the film, pop in some batteries, and you’re ready to shoot.
If you’re looking for an easy first film camera that doesn’t feel like a toy, this N60 kit delivers.
