Daybreak 100D
Daylight Motion Picture Film
24 Exposure ECN-2 Color Negative Film
ISO 25–100 Recommended
Some films chase perfection.
Some films chase atmosphere.
Daybreak 100D was built for atmosphere.
Hand-rolled from genuine Eastman Kodak 5246 daylight-balanced motion picture film, Daybreak 100D delivers a soft cinematic palette with glowing highlights, subdued contrast, and organic shadow rendering that feels lifted straight from late-90s independent cinema.
There is a dreamlike quality here — sunlight blooms gently, shadows stay open longer than expected, and ordinary scenes take on a faded summer-memory character impossible to reproduce digitally.
This is not a clinically perfect film stock.
It is a cinematic one.

The Look
Daybreak 100D carries the visual language of older motion picture film stocks — gentler, quieter, less clinical than modern emulsions.
Bright Texas sunlight turns painterly.
Greens soften.
Highlights glow.
Shadows drift slowly into darkness instead of collapsing into black.
Every frame feels slightly suspended in time.
